Galaxy s20&iphone11

Samsung recently announced the new Galaxy S series for 2020, which includes three phones: Galaxy S20, S20 Plus, and S20 Ultra.  In this article, we will not go into a detailed comparison between these versions and iPhone 11 phones on paper, but instead, we chose 5 features in which the Galaxy S20 series clearly outperformed.
Some may argue that the iPhone 11 phones belong to the past year while the Galaxy S20 series was announced in 2020 and this objection may make sense, but we also mention that the iPhone 11 phones have been available in the market for less than five months only - until the date of writing the article - and this is not  A long period of time, and the expected iPhone 12 phones will not be revealed until next September.
The upcoming features that we will mention in this article are practical and useful for a large sector of users in one way or another, all or at least some of them, and Apple must pay attention to them and take them into account when developing the next iPhone 12 series.

 1. 5G networks

The Galaxy S20 series supports high-speed 5G 5G networks and will be available within the United States and in several other specific countries, and may not necessarily be available within the Arab world because there is no infrastructure for 5G networks in most Arab countries.

The fifth-generation networks are twice as fast as the fourth-generation networks, and their speed can reach 1 or 2 gigabytes per second and maybe faster depending on the signal quality and coverage.  iPhone 11 phones support 4G networks, and maybe sufficient and fast, but certainly not as fast or efficient as 5G networks.

 2. The 120 Hz display

The three Samsung Galaxy S20 phones come with a brilliant screen with a refresh rate of 120 hertz, which is twice the refresh rate found in most smartphones, including high-end phones, and this makes things displayed on the screen such as movies and games with smooth and fluid movement.  (Refresh rate indicates the number of times an image appears on the screen per second).

Apple already has ProMotion screens used on iPad Pro devices and it appears that it will also use them in the upcoming iPhone 12 phones, knowing that the refresh rate used in the iPhone 11 screen is only 60 Hz.

 3. Super Zoom

Aside from the high image quality that the Galaxy S20 camera offers in normal shooting modes, there are other important advantages such as super zoom technologies.
The Galaxy S20 and S20 Plus phones support up to 3 times optical zoom and “Super Resolution Zoom” up to 30 times depending on camera capabilities and artificial intelligence technologies to improve the quality of the enlarged image while maintaining the greatest possible detail and quality while doing this.  As for the Galaxy S20 Ultra, it supports optical zoom up to 10 times and "space zoom" up to 100 times!

Of course, the user will not need to zoom in this way in practical life, but the witness is that the camera provides a tremendous amount of detail with the help of camera specifications and image processing capabilities, to not lose any details, even if small.
iPhone 11 camera supports optical zoom up to two times and digital zoom up to 5 or 10 times depending on the version, and you will definitely see greater improvement with the iPhone 12 series at least raising the optical zoom to 3 times.

 4. Two-way charging

The Galaxy S20 phones come with a relatively large battery, ranging from 4000 to 5000 mAh depending on the version, and it supports reverse wireless charging technology, through which any of these phones can be used to wirelessly charge another phone.
With the development witnessed by the iPhone battery in recent years and the expected development in the coming versions, the technology of reverse wireless charging can be used to use the iPhone to charge another iPhone, an Apple watch, or the AirPods headphones
